During the warm evenings of late summer, tables across Sweden and night markets in China are laden with mountains of crayfish. The love for crayfish is strong in both of our homelands. Surfers honors this with our long-standing tradition of hosting a crayfish party in our courtyard. In the gentle summer evening breeze, we will stir-fry the crayfish at the tables and open a 10-year-old rice wine jug with the largest cleaver in the kitchen. Expect plenty of laughter as hordes of chili-scented and garlic-infused crayfish are accompanied by small strong glasses raised with shouts of “Cheers!” and “Ganbei!”
No crayfish party is complete without the right drinks. To make the experience perfect, we offer the ultimate drink package. This includes a generous amount of 10-year-old Shaoxing wine and small glasses of four different types of baijiu.
