We have been cooking at the restaurant this winter, and we are excited to introduce many new dishes. Before each new menu, the entire Surfers team gathers at the restaurant to taste, discuss, and commune. Our Chinese culinary expert, Ludvig, guides the team through the cultural and regional origins of the dishes and their techniques. The kitchen and service teams collaborate—it’s a true joy.
We’ve created some completely new desserts—three of them—along with thirteen changes to the menu. Of course, as always, our classics remain. We hope you’re looking forward to the changes as much as we are!
