Cookbook

In this little manual, you’ll find recipes for some of Surfers’ most beloved dishes. All recipes, except the radish salad, are perfect for a dinner for two, ideally served with jasmine rice.

If you’re cooking for four, you can either double a recipe or prepare two different dishes. The true magic of these sauces is their versatility—they can elevate the flavors of just about anything in your kitchen. While we provide guidance, the only limit is your imagination.
