For all you night owls, evening workers, or guests from different time zones, we are excited to introduce Siu Yeh, the perfect midnight snack!
This has been something we’ve long wanted to offer our guests. Siu Yeh is a meal often enjoyed in southern China, particularly in Hong Kong. Traditionally served after dinner, it stands out from typical Chinese meals as it comes in individual portions, ideal for those working late or seeking a satisfying “vickning” (a Swedish late-night snack). In southern China, Siu Yeh is a post-midnight meal. Lucky for you, we’ll be serving it until 12:30 am!
Our plan is to provide not just delicious food late at night, but also a unique atmosphere on Stureplan. And we can give you a little hint: there may be more exciting developments during these festive hours of the moon.
Late Night at Surfers will kick off on Fridays and Saturdays, starting October 25th. We hope you’ll join us!
