Surfers is rolling into summer with our very own foodtruck: a Rice & Noodle Shop packed with noodles, rice, slow-cooked goodness, heat, acidity and Chinese flavours.
First stop is Skansen, where we’ll be staying for a while. You’ll find us right in the middle of Solliden, just by the legendary Solliden stage. From June 6, we’ll be there every day between 11.00–18.00.
This is something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time. Creating a truck that can pop up in different places and spread Chinese food culture feels incredibly special. And getting to start at Skansen, one of Sweden’s most iconic cultural institutions, makes it feel even bigger.
In the truck, we’ll be serving a bunch of rice and noodle dishes with unmistakable Surfers flavours. Think cold noodles, slow-cooked beef, heat, acidity and inspiration from northwestern China.
The menu will keep evolving throughout the summer. We’ll keep playing, tasting and building it out with more dishes along the way, always with the same goal: serving Chinese flavours that are easy to eat on the go, but still full of character.
You’ll find our Rice & Noodle Shop at Solliden at Skansen, right by the Solliden stage.

We’re not the only ones moving in. On the same date, Calle P is opening their new Deli & Bar at Solliden, and Hasselsons will also be by the Solliden stage.
